This summary is for convenience. The full text below is what governs.
01Our trademarks and content
“GreyArm”, the GreyArm logo and our product designs are trademarks and trade dress of GreyArm, LLC. Our websites, software, documentation, detection catalog and articles are protected by copyright. You may not use our marks or content without permission, except to refer to GreyArm accurately and fairly.
02Third-party names
To tell you what is running on your devices, GreyArm displays the names of third-party AI products, companies and services. These names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify those products (nominative use). Their appearance does not mean those owners sponsor, endorse or are affiliated with GreyArm, and a risk rating is an automated assessment of observed behavior, not a statement about any company.
03Reporting infringement (DMCA)
If you believe content on our Services infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent at support@greyarm.com that includes:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
- identification of the material you claim is infringing and where it appears, with enough detail for us to find it;
- your name, address, telephone number and email address;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law; and
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice with the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
